Had nothing but problems with this firm in getting Medicaid approval for my husband. They took over 8 months to get my application submitted and when I would complain, they would tell me that I hadn't submitted the paperwork and I would provide the same information over and over again. After application was submitted, Medicaid closed out the application due to requested information not received in a timely manner. This cost me an additional $15,000.00+ because a new application had to be made. They are truly uncaring and don't accept responsibility for anything. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone

TERRIBLE RECEPTIONIST !! Called to get info on elder law asset protection, estate planning, etc and no questions would be answered until I PAID $250.00 UP FRONT. Couldn't even tell me what the $250 got me except for a "consultation". Couldn't commit to how long the "consultation" would be. Couldn't commit to an hourly rate for attorney to work on estate matters. HAD TO PAY $250 up front to discuss any further! Talk about ELDER ABUSE - WANT TO TAKE ELDER $ UP FRONT !!!!! NOT THE LAW FIRM YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH WHO ASKS FOR $ UP FRONT AND WON'T DISCLOSE ANYTHING !!!!! LOST MY BUSINESS!!!!!!

Baker completely mishandled our sibling dispute, knowingly. Asked for a call back multiple times and never got one. They will charge you $25 for a 5 minute phone call. Baker is never there, but it doesn’t really matter anyway as the legal assistant is probably equally as experienced, and that isn’t saying much. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Texas Bar Association for misrepresentation and eronious fees. BEWARE: DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
