Going on 6 years no return on an estate. Lack of communication and very little help with options for a family in a hard time. Even better yet they kept blaming covid for delays, 5 years into the ordeal they say we have no paperwork and need to go back over everything. You'll end up broke before they finalize anything and when it's all said and done they want more. Not pleased
This review is based on my direct experience in litigation where Michael Murphy represented McDonald’s. My complaint was filed on December 30, 2024. McDonald’s had a clear deadline of March 1, 2025 to respond. That deadline passed without a response. Instead, an extension was later granted moving the deadline to April 11, 2025, despite the fact that I did not authorize or consent to any extension, which unnecessarily delayed the case. Since then, settlement negotiations have stalled, even though McDonald’s previously made an $7,000 settlement offer. From my perspective, progress stopped once delays were introduced, and the strategy shifted to prolonging litigation rather than resolving it. For an individual litigant facing a large corporate defense, this type of delay tactic is exhausting and damaging. Deadlines matter. Consent matters. Good-faith negotiation matters. If you are dealing with this attorney, do not assume timelines will be honored, insist on everything in writing, and monitor every deadline yourself. Expect a defense strategy focused on delay rather than resolution.
Good service - they take time to understand the details and workings of your idea. Professional writing above what an individual can likely produce on his/her own. But wildly expensive - would absolutely NOT recommend trying to get a patent (or even a Provisional Patent) when you're young. They quote you one amount and the overall price ends up being about twice what they estimate. If you're older and more established and actually have money, I recommend using this service
