My case was handled by two law firms, and honestly, I expected much more from both. Although the case was settled within the policy limits, the client experience left much to be desired. Communication was poor, there was a lack of clear follow-up, and on several occasions, I felt my concerns weren't taken seriously. After a long, painful process that had a real impact on my life, the final result didn't adequately reflect what I went through. I understand that there are legal limits, but the case management and customer service fell short of what one would expect from two firms involved. I became dependent on [the insurance], and those who weren't injured profited more. Based on my personal experience, I wouldn't recommend their services. I believe they need to significantly improve their communication, transparency, and customer service.
