WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Attempted to get ahold of Matthew Hoffman and was transferred multiple times. Ended up getting a lady saying she was his "right hand man" and continued to argue with me when I asked if Mr. Hoffman could call me regarding a personal matter.

We take feedback seriously, which is why we reviewed this interaction. Based on our records, the events described in this review do not accurately reflect what occurred.<br>The caller was not transferred multiple times. Our receptionist attempted to assist and explain that Mr. Hoffmann was unavailable for a direct transfer due to a full schedule. During the conversation, the caller became upset when our receptionist was unable to answer questions regarding Reba's Law and insisted on speaking directly with Mr. Hoffmann.<br>While we understand that not receiving an immediate connection to an attorney can be frustrating, our staff remained professional and made every effort to assist within the scope of their role. Although an immediate transfer was not possible, our team offered to schedule a phone call with Mr. Hoffmann so that the matter could be addressed appropriately. Unfortunately, that option was not accepted.
Do not recommend this firm! Lost money with their “advice.”

I use to recommend battle born to everyone, both of my brothers even had cases with them after I recommended them but they really dropped the ball on this last case. I know things don’t always pan out but this was so bad that I’m forced to go to a competitor moving forward. Medical expenses took over 60% possibly close to 70% of the settlement all from providers and appointments YOU recommended and were given false expectations of what would be received up to a week prior to payout. So disappointed with this firm after having multiple cases with them that they would drop the ball this bad on a loyal client. Never recommending them again.

I can’t say enough great things about Battle Born Injury Lawyers. From the very first conversation, Matthew Hoffman and his team was professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. This is the 2nd time Battleborn represented me, and I’m still in the early stages of my case. But I just wanted to say Leslie Sugiyama, is just pure amazing. Her communication is immaculate, she sharp all around and I just wanted to shout her out, and the whole team!!!
I'm not a direct client of theirs but my daughter is and she's had nothing but issues from what I'm seeing and hearing. She has children and is sick, due to this accident her and her family has lost their vehicle and have been using mine since, WHICH IS NO PROBLEM but they need another vehicle. She calls a case manager named diamond but gets little to no info on her case. I see the stress and desperation in her daily and I don't feel what this firm is doing to her is correct or right. IF U CAN FIND ANOTHER LAWYER WHO VALUES YOU AND YOUR TIME..

When an insurance company becomes insolvent (bankrupt), all claims are handled by the Nevada Insurance Guarantee Association, a non-profit established by the legislature to pay consumer claims. It is an unfortunate situation when the insurer’s insolvency results in a massive number of claims to the Nevada Insurance Guarantee Association that take significant time to process. Please know that our team is continuing to advocate and stay on top of the case every step of the way.
I've been a client with battleborn for just about a year now.. Everything started off great but then something I know for sure only takes a few months has taken this entire year and from what they tell me, they have no idea when I would get my settlement. They claim to be dealing with NIGA.. NATIONAL INSURANCE GUARANTEE ASSOCIATION but this process has been nothing but bad news after bad news... If you can go to another lawyer do so because this firm is uncertain.
