I was in need of getting living trust and an affidavit and Gabrielle and her staff did a tremendous job with meeting my expectations in every way and getting things done well. Her knowledge to the circumstances and confidence had me assured the job was done well and on timely manner. I would 100% recommend anyone in need of attorney to meet with them and talk.

We're so glad we were able to connect! We can understand that providing documentation to the city and be very overwhelming, especially in short time frames. BMRs have such specific requirements for Trust Transfer Deeds, which can make the process feel intimidating. As we had limited time for the BMR, we're so happy we were able to aid in completing the process within the rushed time frame, as well as getting an Estate Plan established amidst a difficult time! Bay Area Estate Attorneys with Julie Ann Sowards helped us to update and fully rewrite our Trust to take advantage of new tax laws and make many changes from what we had done over 18 years earlier. She helped it make sense for some of the items I was confused on and her team was a pleasure to work with.
