Brian and his team have been very helpful and responsive. I'm almost always able to get someone on the phone when I call, and they make sure to respond to important emails quickly. His team made the whole process easy (as easy as navigating the legal system can be). Brian is knowledgeable and always provides thoughtful guidance and insights. Their team always had things prepared correctly and on-time, and compared to some other attorneys I had talked to I really felt like the team understood my needs and cared about helping me.

I used Brian and his team for my business bankruptcy and cannot properly explain how frustrating it was working with them. I have been involved with other court cases in the past and this experience was by far the worst experience I have had with an attorney. Brian and his team were friendly and pleasant to deal with during interactions and I have no complaints there. However, every phase of the bankruptcy took longer than it should have. Our initial filing took nearly 6 months longer than we discussed. Often time Brian would call me at 6 or 7 in the evening on the due date of filings to get information from me so he could make the filing on time. In other filings, his team neglected to file court mandated reports entirely. To the point where the trustee threatened to file to have our case thrown out. Lastly, there were many times that I asked pretty simple questions that would go weeks without a response. I would have to email/call multiple times to get any response. I would not recommend his services to anyone.

My experience with Brian was terrible. We did not make it to the first court appearance and my retainer was gone with very little work done. I had to remove Brian from my case and am glad I did or I would have most likely lost custody of my children taking his recommendations. He was unprofessional and always late. I would highly recommend going to anyone else. The quality of the minor work he performed was extremely poor. His office sent out most of the details of my case with pictures to an office group email because they did not understand what an "out of office email" meant. Personal information and court documents were sent to co-workers due to their error.They blamed me for using a work email, but went ahead and sent out my information to a group email based on my out of office reply. This was one of many errors on a simple case.

Services rendered were as expected. Professional, courteous and reasonably expeditious. I would work with them again.

They are very good with helping people with chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Lashelle and Brian are very good at making sure you understand the process. Easy and not super expensive to file chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I recommend them over any other law firms.
