An amazing legal team at Beetham Tran Law Firm with Brett as the attorney for my personal injury car accident case. I am glad to use them since they have experiences that I could not have done it myself. There are certain aspects of car accident that they know, I certainly don't, and as a result the case got a surprised and unexpected settlement from insurance. We were rear-ended and the car was totaled. The other driver was under-insured but Brett worked with insurance and health care providers to make sure we are protected as if fully-insured. I am really impressed with Brett's ability to outline the plan at the beginning and delivered results better than the plan. The firm has nice folks to work with and keep you updated every step of the way. Thanks Brett and the support team of Christine and Katie in this challenged endeavor with a professional result. They got me as the go-to law firm forever.

This is an excellent Law Firm for accidental damage cases. They are small enough to provide very good service on a one-on-one basis. Their fees are typical of the industry as a whole. 33 1/3 % for negotiated settlements and 40% for court settlements. You will not find lower rates out there unless you personally know an attorney. I prefer this attorney over the larger law firms where you're usually dealing with a legal assistant instead of directly with the attorney. Brett Beetham is knowledgeable and experienced and a true pleasure to work with. I will not be seeking another Law Firm to change to, I am a Beetham and Tran customer for life.

I recently just finished up a case with Thanh/Brett and I have to say they go above and beyond with every aspect of an attorney. At the time I was a 20 year old who found himself stuck in Seattle at midnight after a drunk driver ran a red light totaling my car that I had just saved up to finance. As confused as I was, my parents and I asked family members if they had any referrals for an attorney since none of us had been through something like this. Fortunately, I had a family friend who recommended Thanh stating how she’s taken care of them in the past. Being young, it’s hard to trust companies because most businesses want clientele for the numbers aspect opposed to out of genuine care of your well being. On day 1 since I was out of a vehicle, Thanh and Brett both drove 30 minutes out to meet me within walking distance. They were transparent, supportive and maintained consistent communication with me. If you’re browsing for an attorney that’s reliable, knowledgeable and will treat you like family, I’d have to say as blindly as I went into everything I came out knowing I had the best possible outcome. Financially, they managed to get 12% more than what I had aimed for so I’m not sure what more you could ask for out of your attorney.
