After my disability claim was denied twice, and after serious problems involving inaccurate and misleading medical records submitted to SSA/DDS by multiple medical institutions, Mr. Roach took my case seriously and handled it professionally. My case involved complex medical conditions, including Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) with full body paralysis, and significant issues with medical documentation. Despite these difficulties, he remained persistent, organized, and prepared throughout the process. Most importantly, after a long and difficult fight, my disability case was finally approved by the Administrative Law Judge. Mr. Roach understood the seriousness of the situation, communicated clearly, and helped present the evidence effectively during the hearing process. I appreciate the work, professionalism, and effort that went into my case, especially after multiple denials and years of medical and administrative complications.
