On May 8, 2025 I was t-boned in my Chevy Tahoe on my way home from work. The other party was at fault and my vehicle was getting repaired for about 6 weeks. I contacted Benson & Bingham the following day and started my case. Todd Alexander was my attorney and Nellie Adami was my case manager. I got some physical relief with chiropractic treatment for a couple of months and am feeling mostly better now. Nellie was great about responding to my countless emails and questions. My bills were substantial and Nellie worked tirelessly for 10 months getting me reductions and tying up loose ends. Every time I requested a phone call or update I was provided with a prompt, detailed update about whatever the current hurdle was. My case finally settled and I am getting more than I expected. I would definitely recommend Benson and Bingham for legal services in the Reno or Las Vegas areas. My case was pretty small compared to some, but I feel like the quality of service I got was great and thorough.

Don't bother with these people, they don't care and don't call back when they say they will. They don't care about the little guy. If only they would have called back to say no instead of putting me off for a month with excuses I could have gone to someone else sooner. Very bad customer communication. Don't waste your time! Update: the MRIs show a crushed disk in my back and a superior labral tearing requiring surgery to repair. Ida scheduled an appointment for me, but refused to even talk to be because I didn't bring the correct papers. I later brought in all the papers needed, but after several messages left with the receptionist Ida still didn't return any of my messages. Don't bother with these people, Ida is unprofessional.
