BBK is a great firm! I needed real estate advice, Teddy was quick and efficient—great communicators and friendly staff.

My son was in a car accident August 2019. My case was switch from a previous lawyer to this firm without notice. Luckily the previous firm had given me their number for contact because I never received a call that they were taking care of my son's case. I spoke to Faith Durham, she gave me some information in October or November I believe. I was sent paperwork in December that I had to sign and send in. She told me that my son may or may not have to go to court depending on what the judge says. I called her back in February because I didn't hear for her for two months. I didn't know if she had received my paperwork or not. As I know legal situations takes time, but an update would have been great. She told me that me that the judge had looked over the documents and signed them and she'll give me a call back next week. Of course I waited and waited, next week never came. So I called her back she adviced me that the insurance company had sent a check in my name only for the chiropractor and she was waiting on them to resolve the issue. She'll let me know something in a week. Again I ended calling her, couldn't get an answer for days. When I finally got a hold of someone they said Faith had stepped away from her desk. I left my name and number. Waited two weeks for a call, still nothing. So I called back March 23, 2020 talked to Faith who said she had to get with the lawyer to look over somethings and she would call me back the next day. I know law firms get busy, I'm not pressed for a check, but this firm has poor communication skills. I haven't received not one call from them since the start! Even after they took over my case. I was informed by a previous lawyer (Quinton) who is so awesome and stayed in touch with me in regards to a previous case. If you want to get the run arounds and receive no information about your case unless you call them, this is the firm to choose. Faith is the best for not returning calls, replyijg to emails, giving updates and etc..

I am from Hot springs and had a little trouble finding the right parking garage. Staff gave me great directions. I was not used to the downtown traffic but once I got to right building it is very nice and nice offices.
