I came to berg for one reason only which was to hire an accident expert to reconstruct the Accident to prove other Party was at fault for speeding. I pretty much did all the work for the lawyer, supplied the police report, medical records, and video footage from accident. Only thing Berg did was submit my claim which I could’ve did on my own and not have paid out any money since I’m the one who did all the footwork. I have yet to see any work That the lawyer actually did I never even met the lawyer Or spoke to one. They will not go out your way to fight for you and will settle for anything to get there 33%. They will also say medical has put a lien to hold 1/3 of your settlement but there really is no lien. I don’t recommend berg’s law firm for anybody.
