Jack is very knowledgeable. Never over charged me. Kept me informed with all the updates of my case and always gave me good support. Berner Law Group just help me finish up a divorce settlement. I was served with papers so I had to respond quickly. Jack and his team made the process as painless as possible by keeping me informed every step of the way. Communication with everyone in his office was clear and responsive. They always returned my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. The payment process was easy and I always knew where I stood with the payments. With the money left over, I’m going to have them set up my Will and Estate Plan.

Jack and his office were professional and very responsive throughout my case. Greetings! I have no idea who this is or what you're reviewing, and the attempt at humor (i.e., "law enforcement") is lost on me as this is a law firm--not any kind of law enforcement agency. Regardless, 3 stars is better than 1, I guess.

Mr. Berner tells it like it is. Being direct and competitive is something that I admire in an attorney and Jack knows what it takes to win. It's easy to get caught up in emotions when talking about a legal matter but his "get down to business" mentality helps redirect your focus on advancing your position rather than wasting time on other things. When you pay as much as you do in lawyer fees, his respect for your time and resources is as professional as it gets. I'll be asking for him the next time I need a lawyer who fights for what's in my best interest

I truly appreciate the review you left about us and am making a point of responding to all such reviewers who went out of their way to talk about their experience with our office, even if a while back. I am pleased that you're a fan of the "get down to business" approach--or "no b.s." approach, as we like to call it. You are correct that we're not interested in wasting people's time or their money. For example, we gave hard truth to 4 different potential clients so far this week on issues ranging from child support modification to parenting plan modification to relocation to stepparent adoption. These are cases where many--if not most--other attorneys would have eagerly taken them at their significant hourly rates, and burned through $20K+ with probably nothing to show for it. We see those results from others weekly while attending Court hearings. We're not the firm that will "give it the ole' college try" and call it good. If we think you have an uphill battle, we'll flatly tell you so that you can make as informed a decision as possible as to whether to file the action at all and, if so, what the best strategy would be going forward. No bait and switch, no smoke blown, no b.s.
