What a great team at BAL! They are very knowledgeable and partner with clients to understand, and meet, their needs. Highly recommend for anyone needing immigration services!

Poor immigration attorneys. Filed my initial application, however when there were delays and complications with my application they essentially washed their hands of me (after taking my money). They would not even attempt to get any information on the application they filed on my behalf and just shrugged their shoulders at any and every questions I had. Extremely frustrating and not what I'd expect from your own attorney. I ended up having to hire a 2nd, and different Immigration attorney who did what you'd expect of an attorney (made appointments on my behalf and accompanied me to said appointments to find out why my application was held up for many years). The difference between my 2nd attorney from a different company and the treatment I received at BAL was like chalk and cheese. BAL essentially just want your money to fill out rudimentary paperwork, which is just admin - they don't want to actually be an attorney for you if there's any issues at all. Their response to me, when I complained was, and I quote: "BAL only work on employment-based immigration and straightforward family-based projects. I am going to give you the names and contact info for several attorneys who are better versed and have more experience with this type of case." ^^ this is after BAL took all of the money. So yeah, if you want to pay an attorney to fill out rudimentary paperwork - I guess these guys can do that. If you have a single problem with your paperwork, they will wash your hands of you and leave you hanging. Maybe I'm wrong, but I always thought an attorney was there to deal with problems - at the end of the day BAL are essentially just glorified admins that fill out paperwork for you and nothing more.

I would love to work with them, however I cannot get them to call or email me back, even though they say they will. I can't even make an appointment or get a consultation. Are they even taking clients right now? I've been trying to contact them since mid-September. EDIT: Since I cannot reply. I spoke to a person, and that person (an actual human being, not a recording) said they would call me back. They did not. I have left emails, and voicemails, with my name and phone number, with no reply. How can I otherwise contact your firm?

Ashley Foret Dees, LLC is very professional, efficient and courteous company. They are always available to answer any question that the sponsor or the applicant may have, and are very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. Also, it is most helpful to the applicant that the people who are actually working on the case are bilingual and not just paid translators. Our company has been working with the PERM team and has dealt primarily with Brenda Martinez and Josue Guerrero, Both of them are very knowledgeable and make every effort to please. Highly recommend this company.
