My experience with Jerry and Emily was excellent. I would recommend this firm to anyone. Both were always available to address my concerns. The plan they had for me was always transparent.

I was in a jam and ran across Buerkens Law and I am so thankful that I did. From the first phone call to the last court date, the process was smooth. I do not recommend Jerry! He was more of a prosecutor in my case than a defender. All I can say is you get what you pay for. If your looking for an attorney that will work with and fight for you, I highly suggest you look elsewhere!!!

Given the circumstances regarding your case, simply put is what you received in terms of a sentence from the Court was very typical and not harder or more severe than others similarly situated. This just happens to be a tough Court and you are not alone regarding how you feel about the situation. We wish you the best of luck in the future!

Very experienced and knowledgeable in both personally injury and criminal law. I have utilized Jerry Beurkens on more than one occasion and the outcome has always been better than expected because he was in my corner. I'd highly recommend working with both Jerry and Kara Beurkens.
Terrible lawyer. Canceled my hearing twice, then showed up to the third scheduled hearing un-prepared. Lol. He still thought MDOC gave good time.

I am with a good friend of mine Marilyn Carmer and since she is still using a land line ( not really but almost ) She asked me to convey her thoughts and experience with Berukens Law firm. She ( is standing over my shoulder dictating to me at the moment what to write ) is very pleased and felt respected and treated with dignity with her experience.
