Got The all the information they wanted sent it to him and took their course and after going back-and-forth for about two weeks, never heard back from him messaged him a couple times it’s been about two months never heard anything waste of time

While you have sent us a few documents and we have sent you a few follow-up messages (which went unanswered) requesting additional documents, we cannot start working on your case until you've paid the initial retainer fee. We do not represent you until you've paid the initial retainer fee. I understand your frustration, and we are willing to help you file your case. However, as discussed earlier, you must pay the initial retainer and provide us with all required documents before we can file your case. <br><br>Regards,<br>Derek<br>

I beg you. Do NOT file a chapter 13 with this company. I had bankruptcy for a year, and throughout the whole process they were nothing but complicated. They are not communicative at all, and had to find out FROM MAIL that our bankruptcy was dismissed and that there was complications that they did not tell me about. The 5 star ratings I do not think are true to their words.
