My rating is ZERO. PSA. Dont be fooled by reference to California Bar attorneys. HORRIBLE customer service. VERY RUDE, ARROGANT ATTORNEYS. I called to report an Attorney Search Network referred to me. I was transferred to an attorney whose phone was very distorted and unintelligible. Additionally. VERY UNFRIENDLY TONE, BAD MOOD, FILLED WITH: I DONT WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH YOU. I asked him what is name is because I couldnt understand him at all, and he got VERY IMPATIENT and hang up on me. I called back and told the lady that whoever she transferred me to hang up on me because I asked him to repeat his name because his phone audio is very bad. I asked to be transferred to someone in management. She did a whole lot of stuttering and said she would transfer me to a,voicemail to leave mess. Then I filled out online form to be contacted. NOTHING. Attorneys not about serving, helping.

Waste of time. This service would only refer me to one attorney that has 2 star rating on yelp. His nearest office location is over an hour away from the courthouse handling my case. I did not want to do a consultation with this attorney and they refused to offer me any other referrals unless i do a consultation with this attorney first even after speaking with a supervisor. They obviously get a referral fee’s kickbacks from the attorney for consultations completed. Poor customer service. 5 star Reviews on here look fake as well.
