Zachary is the beneficiary of a Trust we are administrating, and the trust has very specific requirements before we can legally release any funds. The terms have been explained to him several times, including in writing, and every several months Zachary calls claiming that he doesn't understand, that we've never spoken to him, and, ultimately, that he wants money from the trust. Today, I returned Zachary's call from yesterday, and he called me a liar, again claimed he's never spoken to me, and claimed that after several years, phone calls, and letters he doesn't understand the situation. This review is nothing more than retaliation because I cannot legally do what he demands.
