These people don't even deserve one star. I signed a contract with them, and it was the worst experience of my life. They only did processes I could have done myself. They gave me a payment plan, and when I finished paying all my money, they closed my contract. I don't agree with people and offices like these who don't understand the sacrifices we make to pay them, only for this to happen... Apparently, because of my outspokenness, since we live in a free country, in the two years she worked on my case, I didn't see her even once. And the times I wanted to see her, her team told me I needed to pay $250 for an appointment, even though the contract stated the opposite. They're very clever; they waited until I finished paying to close the contract. Finally, I found another lawyer who helped me with my entire case. To anyone considering doing any immigration process with this office, I truly wish you the best, but think very carefully.

I called inquiring about the immigration services and consultation fee, and the representative asked for my immigration needs. After giving him all my information and telling him all the details, he then told me they were not doing consultations right now to go somewhere else. It would have made sense to tell me up front that they are not taking any new cases or consultations before wasting my time giving out all my information.
