Started my case some 3yrs ago. Todd got this setup and I didn't have to worry while I was in recovery. But, communication broke down and I didn't hear anything for a while. I finally reached out to him to finish off my case. Still communication was low. Finally Jacque was added to my case. Jacque's communication has been amazing and she saved me as a client.
