The phone intake person didn't even listen. Just told me to immediately go online and fill out a form for a free consultation. So I said hold on and asked again do you even handle these types of cases. That was my only question. When the answer became no, I thanked her, and we hung up. She could stand to try and listen first. ex. I'm seeking advice. Do you handle (type of) cases? That was it! lol Being quick isn't always right!

Suzanne Norman is the best! She handled our case quickly and throughly and had all accusations dropped against us. She was caring and compassionate and answered every phone call and email. Most importantly, she listened and walked us through what to expect with the case. I would rehire her 100 times over, absolutely cannot recommend her enough!
