Couldn’t even return a simple phone call

Just attempted to screen with these people and the woman on the phone kept cutting me off and calling me Mr. Griswold. Before every time I spoke. She was condescending and cold. I finally couldn’t take it anymore and lost my temper and hung up. Note to the law firm: when someone calls you because they feel that they need legal representation for medical malpractice, let them speak. Let them be a little overwhelmed. For the love the of god, do NOT cut them off. Get the woman off of the phones. She does not know how to treat people. Awful. Just awful.

Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible experience, not personable at all, skip this firm and go elsewhere. Dragged out my case long enough to expire the statute then dropped my case. Seriously, go somewhere else

I have to agree with the other 1 star reviews here! Not a good firm in my opinion! Find someone who cares!

Don't do business here. The lack of attention to detail is unforgivable.

Very unprofessional, nonresponsive, does not keep you informed, and will drop you in the middle of a case. They don’t care about you or your issues. They just worry about how much money they can collect and if they can’t collect as much as they want they drop you.
