My experience with Boyer Law Firm was extremely disappointing and costly. During my initial consultation, I spoke directly with the attorney, who presented himself as experienced in handling international matters. Based on that conversation, we specifically agreed that the appropriate course of action would be to file a complaint—not a demand letter. In fact, I had originally suggested a demand letter, and the attorney advised against it, stating it would not lead to a favorable outcome. However, once I retained the firm and paid a substantial fee, the entire case was handled by the paralegal. I never heard from the attorney again. The strategy then shifted without proper explanation—from filing a complaint to preparing a demand letter—which was not what I had agreed to. The process became a constant back-and-forth of emails that often did not address my questions or provide the legal guidance I was seeking, yet I was billed throughout. The demand letter was allegedly “in revision” for an extended period, but it was never finalized or sent to the defendant. The drafts I reviewed did not adequately reflect the key issues discussed during my consultation with the attorney. In total, I paid nearly $8,000 and received no meaningful result—no complaint filed, no finalized demand letter, and no proper legal direction. There was a clear lack of communication, transparency, and accountability. Due to these issues, I terminated their services. This was a complete waste of time, money, and energy, and an incredibly frustrating experience. I do not recommend this law firm.
