I would not recommend using this attorney. Our injury case was not handled properly or timely. We had to continuously reach out and ask for status and were told to be patient for months until being notified in a letter we had 8 days to put out thousands of dollars to file a lawsuit before the deadline. No timeline or deadlines was ever communicated upfront, and even when we asked about a timeline and strategy we were told we just needed to wait and be patient. We now also learned the proper claim was never even filed from the beginning and that filing deadline has long passed too. Attention to details were missed, proactice client communication highly lacking, and unprofessional documentation throughout. I wouldn't trust your case or mental health with him.
