The settlement you complain of involved 10,000 claimants represented by dozens of law firms and was handled by the Federal Court assigned to the case. Due to the complexity of the litigation and number of claimants involved, the Federal Judge authorized a third party company, the Archer Company, to handle the final settlement evaluation process and communications to all claimants. This has been explained to you numerous times and you personally signed the documents approving the process and your settlement was paid within days of receipt. <br><br>The process was very frustrating for everyone with all the delays associated to this review process, but there was no fraud involved in how Archer Company handled it. This again has all been closely monitored by the Judge, who would not appreciate the types of allegations you are making of the judicial process.
