Brian was so helpful in getting our LLC set up in Oakland in time to start in 2025! He guided us through the process asking the important questions to setup the entity correctly to minimize legal and tax responsibilities. Brian and his team are very organized and had all our paperwork filed as early as possible. They also walked us through all the needed paperwork and clarified what they file and what we needed to file with state and federal.
