Brian Cathey is an amazing and personable attorney for GA malpractice cases, I highly highly recommend him and his team. I found Brian’s info listed on Avvo during a very scary and stressful situation when my MIL was hospitalized and the facility nearly killed her due to negligence; I pinged him on Avvo and he called me back within an hour to discuss all of the details of my predicament. Brian thoughtfully listened and gave extremely helpful advice over the phone during our first interaction, all for free. He is genuinely kind and compassionate, and extremely qualified and well-respected (sometimes he can even get hospitals to settle before the case goes to court because they personally know his expertise in the field).
