Mr.Volpov is condescending, inconsiderate, and has no sympathy. He smiled during a tumultuous time in my life. Never apologizing for his actions towards me. I wouldn't hire this lawyer for anything. This firm needs to rethink having him as a lawyer.
It’s actually a late review. 3~4 years ago Brian helped me with my application and interview, the immigration officer probably would have rejected me if he wasn’t there. He is very knowledgeable that’s why he can beat the immigration officer! :D Thanks a lot Brian
Brian was our lawyer for the whole process of receiving the permanent resident status. He guided me through the steps of applying and collecting the correct documents, he attended the interview with my husband and I at the uscis office and I can’t be thankful enough for all the legal advice I’ve received from his firm.
Brain helped me to get my green card. I was told by multiple lawyers that I would not be eligible to have one because of my circumstances. Brian was the only person that didn’t. He went with me to the immigration office. He was there with me every step of the way. He went above and beyond his duties as a lawyer. I would recommend him 100% to all that needs a great Immagration attorney.
In 2018, I did business with them. My primary attorney was Seth Leech. I was passed on to Brendan Vender, the other attorney. In the NIW application process, they failed to mention that I was not allowed to leave the US during the process, so I had to reapply and pay the same USCIS fee again, and they charged me an extra $1,000 for the second application. I am still paying off this debt. My fault is that I recommended a lot of people to work with them which I regret a lot. Avoid doing business with them.
Needed help with immigration but every time I called their office, I got transferred to the immigration attorney who never picked up the call. Left several voicemails but no one ever got back to me. Very unprofessional
Brian is a lawyer that cares. He is patient and knowledgeable. I had tons of questions regarding immigration all the time, and for anything he was not extremely familiar with, he always took the initiate to search for the answers and got back to me in time. He is resourceful and trustworthy. He would try his best to solve any obstacles and constantly checked in with me for with any updates. This is a lawyer that cares, a lawyer that makes you feel safe when dealing with immigration.
Brian helped me through the process of getting my green card. He is very professional, experienced and communicates well explaining all the details in a simple way. I would definitely recommend his attorney .
Brian always addressed questions, concerns, and returned phone calls quickly and knowledgeably. I truly felt like he cared and am glad I chose him to help with my wife's immigration visa.
We worked with Brian to apply for permanent residency in the US and it was a great experience. He walked us through every step, and answered every question. Our application was processed smoothly, and we aced our interview thanks to his support and preparation. I do not hesitate to recommend Brian to anyone who needs an immigration lawyer. He's the best there is.
