Mr.Volpov is condescending,inconsiderate, and has no sympathy. He smiled during a tumultuous time in my life. Never apologizing for his actions towards me. I wouldn't hire this lawyer for anything. This firm needs to rethink having him as a lawyer.

Brian was our lawyer for the whole process of receiving the permanent resident status. In 2018, I did business with them. My primary attorney was Seth Leech. I was passed on to Brendan Vender, the other attorney. In the NIW application process, they failed to mention that I was not allowed to leave the US during the process, so I had to reapply and pay the same USCIS fee again, and they charged me an extra $1,000 for the second application. I am still paying off this debt. My fault is that I recommended a lot of people to work with them which I regret a lot. Avoid doing business with them.

Needed help with immigration but every time I called their office, I got transferred to the immigration attorney who never picked up the call. Left several voicemails but no one ever got back to me. Very unprofessional
