Ben Bristow is phenomenal! Best in class!

I have employed Ben Bristow on two separate occasions: one high profile criminal case and one domestic case. Ben exceeded expectations in both instances. He is a master of his craft. His courtroom performance is exceptional. He possesses a commanding knowledge of the law, he defends his clients aggressively, and is a respected personality in any courtroom that he enters. Ben kept me from going to prison and n false allegations and reunited me with my children. I’m very grateful to Ben for everything that he has done for me in these matters. I cannot express how grateful I truly am. I strongly caution anyone considering working with Ben Bristow. Our experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and ultimately a waste of time and money. Our first court appearance with Ben was in May 2024 for a plea of not guilty. When we returned in June—expecting the trial—we were shocked to find out that Ben had never formally entered the plea with the judge. That hearing ended up being a repeat of the first (wasted time!). At the third appearance in August, the trial finally began. Ben had all the evidence needed to prove innocence, but it was clear he hadn’t reviewed it thoroughly. He was unprepared to argue the case (wasted money), and the judge declined to make a decision that day. Since September 2024, we still have no verdict. Ben does not return phone calls, and while he occasionally replies to texts, his responses are vague and he never directly answers our questions. We have worked with Ben’s father, Bill Bristow, many times in the past and always had a professional and positive experience. Unfortunately, Ben is nothing like his dad. If you're expecting the same level of integrity and commitment, you will be disappointed. Look elsewhere.

Ben Bristow is awesome! He got all my charges dropped and I didn't even have to go before the judge. I can't say that you will have the same results but I had the best outcome in court today! Definitely hire him if you need an attorney!
