From sending important documents to an old address to misspelling my mother's name on said documents to making a delayed addendum to the supposed final accounting, Pelky & Pelky made probate of my mother's estate uncomfortable at best. Aren't lawyers all about getting the details right? The main problem is that now that everything is supposedly finally settled, what confidence do I have that it was settled properly? None. Avoid this firm.
