My dad called them three weeks ago in regards a potential malpractice case. My dad provided information to the secretary and was advised he will get a call back. Two weeks later, still no call. He reached out to them through their website, still no response. When someone is contacting an attorney, it’s not a joyful, fun thing. You’d expect the attorneys office to have compassion, empathy, and sympathy . A level of understanding of your unique situation. If your office is unable to help for whatever reason, do the decent thing and pickup the phone and call them. Completely ignoring a potential client is appalling and unprofessional. Do better.

The Law Firm website states it handles contract disputes and ligation cases when in fact it doesn't. I was told over the phone while attempting to schedule a consultation. The intent of the review is to encourage the law firm to update its website, so the general public is aware, and your law firm is not misrepresenting your services.

Mr. Buchanan and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. They responded to me right away and were very flexible during scheduling our consultation appointment. I felt they were taking great notes and asking the right questions. Our case is ongoing, but I am confident that we have hired the right team for the job, and would recommend this office to anyone facing medical malpractice and nursing home negligence in the area. They are very familiar with the facilities and how to navigate the red tape.

I called there today and asked if i could speak with an attorney for consultation, i was asked to hold...someone answered then hung up. I thought it must have been an error, so i called back. A party picked up the phone and hung up again... I thought something must be wrong with the line so i attempted again... The same receptionist answered and i asked if they had an issue with there line because the line dropped and i wanted to see if it was possible to speak with an attorney... However this time i realized it was the receptionist the whole time because before i could even finish getting the whole statement out she let out an exasperated breath and hung up in my face. I was in total shock to receive this type of treatment when i seeking help... I wanted to know if i did something wrong and attempted one more time to call and sure enough after 3rd ring a party picked up and hung up.... Which definitely made me believe this was no accident.... If i could give no stars i would.... I don't recommend this place when seeking consultation because the receptionist deliberately goes out of her way to be rude when you are already in a vulnerable state. I don't know her name because i never had the opportunity to even speak and get proper guidance.
