If you are currently dealing with a case in which a family member has been detained by ICE and you want an attorney from this firm to visit them, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM BULL & DAVIS. They charge $350 just for a visit, and in the end they don’t even take the time or give the case the level of importance it deserves. Instead of actually visiting the detainee and reviewing the case, they simply call them by phone. I find this to be an incredible lack of respect and a complete scam, especially in the middle of such a vulnerable situation for families.

I do not recommend it to anyone. I have been with them for 9 years. I paid in full for the asylum process. I also paid for it to be closed administratively. I paid for a petition for a family member and now it turns out that every month they are calling me to charge me for consultations they do when I have already paid in full for 3 separate processes. The lawyer resigned and it turns out that I have to pay for them to remove her from my case. Do not come here, look for other options.

I had a bad experience with the lawyers. I was supposed to have an 80% chance of winning, but in the end, I lost the case. Neither the lawyer nor the wife ever went to court. They sent their own assistants, and my case was simple. They only charged me every dollar. The good thing was that I settled with Mrs. Francesca Ramos. Very good, I recommend her.

I had a great experience with this law firm. Everyone was very attentive and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. I worked personally with Brett, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood everything about my case. The front office staff was also very friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The truth is that I am very disappointed with this place. To begin with, the receptionists are terrible, they do not provide good information and the lawyers have nothing to do with it. At first, they explain everything well and then when they have to act, they do nothing. They are incompetent who work only for money. They make you sign the contract first and then do nothing and do not return any money. The truth is that they have a lot of experience to get money. In my opinion, they are people without professional ethics and, by the way, the receptionists should be more friendly because they eat from the services we provide. 🙄
