⭐ 1 Star only because 0 isn’t an option! Extremely unprofessional and disorganized law firm. I attempted multiple times to communicate with this office via email and never received a response. I then called to schedule a consultation and, on two separate occasions, was given a confirmed consultation time—only to call at the scheduled time and be told there was nothing on the calendar and that the attorney was “in court.” Each time, I was told someone would call me back after reviewing the attorney’s availability. Not once did anyone ever call me back. When I finally did speak directly with the attorney, his behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I made it clear that based on his conduct and the office’s complete lack of communication, moving forward would not be appropriate—and frankly, it felt like a favor not to proceed. For a profession where communication, reliability, and professionalism are critical, this office demonstrated none of those qualities. This was, without question, the worst communication I have ever experienced from a law firm. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office to think carefully—if this is how potential clients are treated before representation even begins, that speaks volumes about how cases may be handled.
