⭐ 1 Star only because 0 isn’t an option! Extremely unprofessional and disorganized law firm. I attempted multiple times to communicate with this office via email and never received a response. I then called to schedule a consultation and, on two separate occasions, was given a confirmed consultation time—only to call at the scheduled time and be told there was nothing on the calendar and that the attorney was “in court.” Each time, I was told someone would call me back after reviewing the attorney’s availability. Not once did anyone ever call me back. When I finally did speak directly with the attorney, his behavior was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I made it clear that based on his conduct and the office’s complete lack of communication, moving forward would not be appropriate—and frankly, it felt like a favor not to proceed. For a profession where communication, reliability, and professionalism are critical, this office demonstrated none of those qualities. This was, without question, the worst communication I have ever experienced from a law firm. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office to think carefully—if this is how potential clients are treated before representation even begins, that speaks volumes about how cases may be handled.

Bruce is an amazing attorney! My only advice is to pay him. You get what you pay for if you don’t pay them upfront expect him not to make you a priority. He was my attorney in a lawsuit and also a criminal case, and pretty much they both went my way. He’s an excellent attorney and I don’t care about any of the other negative comments on him. Definitely will be worth your time hiring him. It’s on you to pay him though.

DO NOT USE! This law firm is a joke. They never answer the phone, they don't follow up and the attorney is always unavailable because "He is in court." Don't offer to take a traffic case if you're not going to follow up with your clients. Burk Law Firm = FIRED

Attorneys and doctors do not make promises for obvious reasons. That being said, Bruce kept me informed with exactly what to expect in regards to my case throughout the entire process. Bruce successfully defended me at trial. While I hope to never have to go to court again, I would not hesitate retaining Bruce if I did !
