I was rear ended in an accident and I had two other people riding with me in my truck when a guy slammed into the back of my vehicle he was given a careless driving ticket at the scene of the accident he hit me so hard it bent the frame of my truck along with knocking the radio out and shattered the back glass the person riding in the back had glass in her back and hair the guy in the front and lady in the back seat went with Morgan and Morgan and in six months they were paid me on the other hand I went with Dean Burnetti and it took over two years to be forced into trial because he said my doctor bills were twenty grand and that if I wanted to settle my case it would be twenty grand and I would have nothing after lawyer and doctor fees so he pushed it to trial well we lost in trial somehow and I will never understand why I didn't win my case and the bad part is when we lost in trial right after Dean looked over at me and said I don't even understand how your still walking around with the massive herniated disc that was caused in the crash and said this case isn't over well it was over and so was my life its been a struggle every single day to be able to just move around and walk longer than fifteen minutes without excruciating pain in my back its been over ten years dealing with pain and suffer and on top of owing money to the court system that was over ten thousand dollars for a wreck I didn't even cause its just a complete nightmare I would never recommend anyone to this law firm do yourself a favor and go with Morgan and Morgan like the people did that were riding in the truck with me the day of the accident I still think about why I even lost my case all the time and when I hear a commercial on TV or the radio about Burnetti pa I have to change the channel because it is so irritating how I lost my case

They are not helpful especially after you've told the intake specialist all the details you are done denied when you finally get to talk to the case manager after you've already told them the situation

If I could give a zero star review I would! Mr. Anzalone started off strong and like he cared. Then there was hardly any information given at all. Certain documents never filed. Then before a mediation, he called and asked us to remind him how the accident happened and what had been going on with dr and such. All while he has all documents sent to him. He was not prepared. They denied any payment due to documents not being filed and when asked why they were not filed, he got very rude and condescending. He then stated yesterday thst he was retiring mid March and another attorney would be taking the case. Mid April is the final hearing, and we dont know if this other attorney even knows about the case. Then this morning, the attorney sent an email saying he was withdrawing from legal counsel and there would not be another attorney taking over the case. We were not trying to be difficult, just wanting answers. I guess if you ask questions and desire communication, find a different attorney as this place does not communicate well and when you demand it, they decide to run away. BEWARE!
