We first contacted the office of Burton & Burton during the pandemic, so I first contact was via phone. Information and paperwork needed before taking our case was clearly stated and what to expect was also clearly outlined for us so as to prevent any surprises. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and helpful every time we called or went into the office, and they were prompt in returning phone calls or emails. We were informed of remodeling occurring in the office that might cause a slower response to our phone calls or emails, apologizing for any delays but would respond as quickly as possible.

I have found Rebecca Burton to be knowledgeable, professional and yet down to earth. She listens and encourages conversation, which helps the process develop for my best interest.
