I am trying my best to remain positive about this case. Long story short I was involved in a rear end accident at a stop signed intersection with my wife and infant son in the car as well. Guy hit us in the rear going about 40-50 mph totaled everything and all us were taken to the hospital via ambulance lucky no broken bones just wipe lashes and abrasions. Update to present time it's been a year and still dealing with this communication has been horrible. They have only been responding to me via text messages and it takes them 2 weeks some time a whole month to even hear an answer. This will be 2nd case manager I am dealing with too Miss Gina, she is trying her best to pick up off where the 1st case manager left off. I am super frustrated with this law firm as my wife already had her settlement settled. I understand I have a child support lien on my case so it'll take a little long to negotiate and as for my son which is 18 months old now case they told me as of the end of the month of January 2026 his case should be wrapping up. Here we are 2 weeks in February and I get a text message saying there's no new development on my / our case. Please don't make me regret my decision choosing this law firm to represent us I still believe and remaining positive about this situation. I hope this gets better soon or if anyone knows what I can do for better legal actions please reach out via email thank everyone so much - Michael Today's update still no answer
