I would HIGHLY NOT recommend this practice. This personal injury law firm is that of a sleazy car salesman. I was being forced to accept a payment of $2,000 through my personal insurance that I didn’t feel was acceptable. The lack of effort Jorge put into my case was evident and I terminated their representation. They put a lien on my personal insurance account and was told I wouldn’t get more than they offered me. 2 months later this law firm collected over $5,000+ attorney fees I was assured was settled by my other claim package. If it wasn’t for my claim adjuster, Casey and personal insurance office putting in the work, I wouldn’t have gotten above what Rian’s law firm told me to accept. They only made roughly 5-7 phone calls and 2 emails but feel justified in taking 1/3rd of this payout after doing lower than the bare minimum. Do yourself a service and find another representative.
