ByrdAdatto is our go to for anyone looking to start an MSO. Their experience in the medspa and healthcare space is unmatched. We love brainstorming ideas and putting those ideas into compliant, legal structures with the team at ByrdAdatto and our clients. I love their whiteboard sessions so much I have personally done two of them for my own firm. The ability to map out exactly what you want to accomplish with your structure, and be able to discuss all the options available, is just not something we see with many law firms.
