Hear me out! The worst law firm ever. They are the absolute worst. For two years they charged me monthly fees and never even started my case. I called them almost daily for months and they wouldn't answer. When Mr. Faustino did answer, he was rude. He gave me incorrect information to get me to start my case with them, and when the documents he said weren't necessary were needed, he lied to my face and said I was the one who was wrong—it was outrageous! If he had given me the correct information, I never would have taken the risk. They have bad practices and act in bad faith. Be careful because if they call you and you don't answer, they charge you even for not answering. And if you answer the phone and tell them to call you back, they also charge you a lot of money. Honestly, they have a very bad reputation, even among law firms. Always look for other options and ask what people think of them. They'll tell you they have a reputation as scammers, because they are. A horrible disappointment. They advertise so much and they're not good. I lost two years and a lot of money, and they didn't lift a finger for my case. If you work with them, pressure them and record all conversations, as you have the right to do so, because they will scam you. I don't recommend them at all! SCAMMERS AND LIARS!

As this firm proceeded to remove my review as they know everything I have said is true I truly regret hiring this firm. What should have been a serious and carefully handled legal matter turned into one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences of my life. We lost our case, and a big reason why is because our attorney appeared completely unprepared. On the day of the hearing, it felt like she was reviewing our case for the first time. Key evidence was never presented, including important audio recordings. Our witness was removed from the courtroom without explanation and was never called to testify. We trusted this firm to fight for us, and instead we felt unheard, unsupported, and unrepresented at a critical moment. To make matters worse, I later received a call from someone at the firm claiming we owed an additional $2,700. This was shocking, considering we had already paid $3,500. When I questioned the charge, I was told to call back because it was supposedly an “error.” After further confusion, I was told that the office where I signed my contract confirmed we only owed $750 because our prior payment covered two hearings. This level of billing inconsistency added even more stress during an already overwhelming time. We invested our hard-earned money and put our trust in this firm, only to walk away feeling let down and financially drained. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office to think carefully before moving forward. Our attorney was Kristal. We had also requested that the firm file for a virtual hearing. We were told that if they did not hear back that same day, we would still need to appear in person. So we showed up to court, only to wait nearly two hours. Later, we found out that the court had actually approved the virtual hearing — and no one from the firm informed us. That level of miscommunication and disorganization was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

Lawyers are not organized, they look confused and they are not even given the chance to talk in court and defend your case because of the lack of preparation, confidence and eagerness to win your case.
Owner response
We dispute this description. Our attorneys prepare thoroughly and advocate within the procedures, schedules, and speaking parameters set by the court. Case strategy and outcomes are shaped by evidence, law, and judicial rulings factors no firm can control unilaterally.
We stand by our professionalism and welcome a direct review of any specific concerns. The worst lawyers are the Cabanillas they don't prepare for the hearing and want to charge a fortune to resolve nothing! Think very carefully before hiring them.
Owner response
We respectfully disagree with this characterization. Our attorneys prepare each matter diligently and advocate within the procedures and timelines set by the court. Fees are outlined in the signed retainer and reflect the work authorized and performed.
We take feedback seriously and welcome the opportunity to review your file and address any concerns directly.
