We decided to work with this prestigious law firm because it is advertised on the radio and everywhere. AS A CLIENT PAYING AN ABSURD AMOUNT OF MONEY, I EXPECT PROFESSIONALISM AND BASIC COMMUNICATION. IT IS THE BARE MINIMUM TO ANSWER THE PHONE, RESPOND TO EMAILS, AND UPDATE CLIENTS ON THE STATUS OF THEIR CASE. I AM NOT SURE WHO IS BEING HIRED HERE, BUT THE LACK OF RESPONSE AND PROFESSIONALISM IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. FOR A FIRM THAT ADVERTISES SO MUCH, I EXPECT FAR BETTER SERVICE. YOU NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS LEVEL OF DISREGARD TOWARD CLIENTS.
