The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate their commitment to assisting anyone who walks in their door, or gives them a call, regardless if they are able to take the case or not. They are sure to make recommendations if they are unable to assist. On a personal note, attorney Ashley Grout is very personable, down-to-earth and a straight-shooter. Her secretaries are always available to answer questions or schedule an appointment in a reasonable time frame. They always check in with updates when able, and never enter negotiations without prior approval. They aren't afraid to stick it to the insurance, and walk me through the legal process. I'd trust them to handle any future cases of mine. Go dawgs!

This company is amazing! Courtney Softich and Sally Foster handled my car insurance claim case and were both very professional and friendly people. They make you feel like you are important and worth the time and effort needed to bring you justice, whatever your legal issues may be. I definitely recommend this group and will be going to them in the future for any other legal needs.
