My husband reached out to hire this company to help with his workman’s comp when he hired them they promised they would take care of everything no problems and my husband was convinced they were there to help, that was 2 years ago, i can COUNT ON ONE HAND, how many times my husband has spoken to them about his case, they won’t return phone calls or emails they have no answers for us. As we sit here and pay them for there services my husband is being and neglected. They told my husband he needed to get his copy’s of his mris and send it to them so they can send it to the defense attorneys when in reality it’s there job to do that. So my husband got the hard copy’s and sent it to them priority mail and somehow they “lost” it. Now they want husband to put more radiation from mris and X-rays due to there neglect. It’s sad when you put your faith into there hands because there are there to “fight” for you, but in reality they just want to do nothing and still take a cut from your settlement that YOU are getting due to getting hurt trying to provide for your family. Do not hire theses people, go elsewhere i promise you unless you wanna wait 10 years to get what is owed to you. I wouldnt Even give them a one star but unfortunately google makes you. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m extremely disappointed with this law firm and especially with the case worker, Gutierrez. My mother is going through a workers’ compensation case, and instead of helping make this process easier, this office has made everything much more stressful. From the start, we’ve had several different points of contact—every time we finally get someone who seems consistent, they change the person again. Gutierrez was supposed to finally be that stable point of communication, but she’s been the exact opposite. She promised regular calls every other Friday, promised to keep my mom updated, and promised to follow through on specific tasks for the case. She hasn’t fulfilled a single one of those commitments. When my mom or I call, she is repeatedly rude, condescending, and dismissive. She cuts my mom off mid-sentence, talks over her, and treats her as if she’s an inconvenience instead of a client going through a difficult situation. The disrespect is constant—this isn’t a one-time thing. It’s happened at least four separate times now. Each time we’ve had to complain about the way she speaks to people. Even today, she answered the phone with an attitude before we could even explain why we were calling. It’s extremely unprofessional for someone working in a field that is supposed to advocate for injured workers. My mother deserves dignity and clear communication; instead, she’s been met with indifference and entitlement. We should NOT have to match anyone’s energy just to be heard or treated respectfully. Not to mention she started recording my call when I told her I do not give her permission and reminded her that California is a double content state. She is volatile. If you are looking for a workers’ compensation lawyer who actually communicates, honors their word, and treats clients with respect, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This level of unprofessionalism should not be considered normal at any law firm.

*UPDATE**( 8 months later and still in the same predicament. This firm is a joke and doesn’t help their clients with very lil information.) (Bottom review was 8 months ago.) Unfortunately my experience with this firm hasn’t been good. I reached out to them back in December. I’ve only heard or spoke to them a hand full of times in these recent months. My case had been transferred 3 different times without being aware. I call various times and leave voicemails with no response back. When I first reached out I felt confident and understood about my situation. As time went by I felt neglected. I sit here with more questions than answers. I understand more cases are more severe than others but we should all be treated the same.
