This attorney is completely unprofessional and careless. My brother has been stuck in his divorce case with Joseph for over five months, and absolutely nothing has been done. No progress, no action, no concern for the client whatsoever. He wastes time, ignores the case, and lets his clients suffer. Hello all. I believe reviews are important so that we chose the right people or businesses that suits are needs fairly and professionally. I hired Ms. Fuller because she was highly recommended. Ms. Fuller did not disappoint. I wanted to get my spousal support stopped after many years of being divorce. Ms. Fuller was attentive and responsive to my situation and walked me through every step as well as handled all of my paperwork. After our first initial court date we were able to reach a settlement without having to return to court causing more unwanted expenses and dragging it out. They very well could have tried to drag it out to get more money but she made recommendations that prevented all that. Ms. Martinez was awesome as well and had paperwork prepared and executed in a timely manner. They were always prompt with responses and made themselves available. Would never recommend these services to anyone. Specially told them things not to tell the ex and did it anyway. Very quick to drop you as a client, way over priced, gives attitude when you’re just simply trying to get you things back and many more.

I have been going through a divorce for years now. When my case was getting too much for me to handle myself, I met with Drew Hendricks. At first he just handled all the paperwork for my case and I received an uncontested default judgment divorce. Just over a year later, my ex wife decided that she was not happy with that and took me back to court. At that point Drew fully represented me and I was seeing him in action. Seeing him argue points and shoot down opposing counsel with facts and the truth is what saved me from paying out unnecessary money. Drew fought (and will continue fighting if I need him too) hard for me and I could not recommend him more. I give his contact information to anyone I run into that is going through a divorce.
