Can’t thank Scott and Vienna enough. I was involved in a car accident with a fair amount of medical bills. I reached out to Scott and the next day he video called me. Walked me through the process of how it would go and what the process would look like. Vienna and Scott answered all my questions, handled everything and always kept me updated. Within a short period of time I was in their office signing off on documents. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Carlson & Dumeer for anyone that has legal problems. They certainly know their way around the system but overall experience was nothing but a headache. I requested documents that were lost between time and only ever received condescending tones when retrieving and receiving confirmation. The information I needed from them was right at the tips of their fingers but, instead during this horrible process they still gave nothing but trouble. Only go through them if you’re absolutely desperate.
