I wish they spent the same amount of time not wasting their clients time and money as they did vigorously defending their image. Advised the Old Saybrook branch I had considered leaving a review about a billing issue and they said they vigorously defend their image and removed the listing. I guess the secretary is pretty good at his/her job. They also immediately withdrew service on my case instead of attempting to remedy the issue I was having. Thanks for whatever doosh bags.
