This firm has "less than" stand-up attorneys. At least one of them is. Very shady individual whom, you would think, with 47 years combined, would have a better grasp on their integrity, character, and conscious! Underhanded, patronizing, and down rite unprofessional is more to the demeanor of this attorney. He , the attorney, thought it was okay to misspell my deceased mother's name on a PERMANENT document. When I mentioned something, it was as if he was bothered that I brought it up. "It didn't matter," he said. I said that it DID matter! How dare him! He thought nothing of it. He's been in cahoots with my brother and uncle to take my mother's house. I asked if there was ANY way that I could keep my mother's house. I was COMPLETELY disrespected/disregarded and ignored in the goings-on of my mother's estate. I was deliberately kept from knowing ANYTHING. I was evicted from the house by my uncle just so my uncle could buy it. It wasn't even put on the market. This attorney also encouraged my uncle(executor) to press charges against me. I was given permission by my mother to use the money in her one account. He, my uncle, was trying to say that I had stolen the money from the account. Not at all true. The attorney hung on my uncle's EVERY negative word against me. He cut corners, falsified information and down rite lied on documents. In my opinion, he must have been paid off to do so. I can't think of any other reason for such unprofessionalism. I was supposed to be included in several things where my signature was needed. I never was. So, however the attorney had to get around that, it had to result in lies and falsities. They are not above the law themselves, however. But from how THIS particular attorney handled my mother's estate, he/she/fhey must think so! It may seem that it's ALL over, but it's not! It's JUST beginning for me.. And I plan to get the respect/ integrity back into this scenario. For my mother, because she deserves that! Swindling beneficiaries out of what supposed to go to them is unacceptable!!

Laura Jacobs and her staff helped us with a home closing and other legal services. She is knowledgeable and helpful, and the prices are fair. Our family highly recommends this practice.

Just from a seller standpoint have your funds wired do not let them deposit the check for you as it is not a priority for them. Closed Friday supposed to be deposited was told they did not make it to the bank. Asked my realtor to check after lunch on Monday and still was not deposited. My realtor had to take time out of his day to get the check and deposit it.
