Greetings everyone just like to say Cass & Peters Attorneys at Law is dynamic. Ultimately, the case I had was extremely challenging which was put in check by the firm. Dynamic staff Tamara and Fernanda excellent patient workers. Both keep you up to date with everything kindly be patient with their services. Workers comp claims are quite stressful! But fortunately Cass and Peters have excellent staff. Tamara, Senior Paralegal was excellent-always available to address my concerns regarding the claim-Peggy, Settlement Manager also excellent in getting the best offer, Fernanda, Settlement Coordinator also excellent in getting all documents ready and to answer any questions about the settlement. Attorney Matthew was always quick and direct with my concerns about the claim. Luz and Jennifer whom I spoke on the phone were always professional. Everyone there did an amazing job.

I do not recommend them; they are very unprofessional.

The service was absolutely awful! It's incredibly difficult to communicate with the assigned paralegal, in this case, Tamara Alvarado. From the very beginning, the information provided was confusing and incomplete. Every time we tried to ask questions to understand the process, the response was unprofessional and defensive. The communication is not only unclear, but also hostile when you try to get guidance. Instead of providing support, she creates more confusion and frustration. I would NEVER recommend working with this person. She lacks professionalism, offers no clarity, and provides no adequate support throughout the legal process.

Stay away from this place. They don’t represent well and representatives are very rude. They don’t return calls communication is very poor
