Only deal with Brett everyone else is gonna bullshit you around endlessly.Nobody passes along your messages no communication you’ll be lost in repeating the same thing to different people.
Terrible service, they don't answer the phone, they don't return calls, nobody explains what's going on, they don't attend to their clients. The worst law firm I've ever encountered in all of New York. If you need a good lawyer, please don't call Savino and Smaller; they are the worst.

Very unprofessional and unethical! Hasn't returned calls for months! Hung up on me during one call, I called back and another woman answered, took questions and promised to call me back and that never happened!! Over the past 8-10 months I've been calling them to speak with an attorney about my cases and all I get is the run around about we'll submit your concerns with the attorney and we'll call you back, if you don't hear from me by this week or next, call me back. Then last week on 8/23/2024 they scheduled me for an in person meeting with an attorney. My left meniscus is torn and had me come into their 225 Broadway office. It was a painful total waste of my time and money to travel there! Did I mention that my left knee is injured? A paralegal comes out and says I tried to call you to cancel the meeting which was a lie! I have no missed calls on cell or at home! This lawfirm is in bed with the MTA NYCT! I will be informing the worker's compensation board and filing a complaint with the bar association!!
