Bill Cassian was recommended to me by a friend to review my complex medical case. I was nervous to contact any attorney, because I did not want to open up again to discuss my sensitive medical history. Bill put me at ease right away. Bill patiently listened, as I talked through the case details; often times, gently asking clarifying questions along the way to support me. We spoke at length, as he also thoroughly explained the process to me. Above all, Bill was honest. After thoroughly reviewing the details of my case, we discussed that my case may not be worth pursuing for several reasons. First time with Cassian and Carter LLC. Had a terrible no fault accident. Was going through major problems with the responsible party not even responding to their own insurance.. Bill and Denise handled all of my concerns. Took care of the mental headaches of compiling medical bills so I could focus on recovering. I was given a fair settlement and their fees were reasonable.
