I feel as though this company is out to take advantage of people , or they are just down right incompetent . Long story short, fell from a scaffolding at work from seven feet onto the concrete, for 8 months my physician has been telling me it's preexisting. When to a surgeon, he looked at my exrays, shows I have a fractured vertebrae. The doctor point blank, said "that's what we call a broken back". Miss Kristen wolf said she looked through my files and said she didn't see anything from my surgeon. When in fact may 29, in my l&I file, I saw that the surgeon did in fact file his notes, stating I should have a fusion done, specifically because of my l-5 vertebrae had been fractured. She then continued to say I can have their counsel for ten percent of my l&I monthly income in top of 30 percent if I get any kind of settlement at the end. Seems as though greed has struck again. They want ten percent of my pay to do what, obviously not work for me if they couldn't find a simple post, which was put in my file not even a month ago. Took me 30 seconds to find it. #notTrustworthy!!!

I was injured on the job and was looking for a lawyer to take my case , after talking to a few lawyers I decided to talk to Causey Wright firm, on 3--27 I Call and talk to Marisa Ashman, after explaining my case they seen interested and set a phone call appointment for 4-4 for 11:15 , No call , at 12:00 pm I call and was told that my appointment was set for 1:30 pm , again No call at around 3:00pm I call and ask about my appointment now they transfer me to Kristin Jagla and we finally discussed my case , no apologies or anything like that about missing appointment, after hearing my case she said she had some question to ask to another attorney there about my case and was going to call me the next day , again no call , instead she send me and email asking me to submit all paper work I had about my case, At this point I think you show me how unprofessional your firm is and decided to go with some body else

After my accident L&I was in a hurry to push me through the system, so I started looking into lawyers and Causey Wright came highly recommended. I agree! I dealt with Kristen mostly, she was very helpful and thorough. Every question or concern I had she dealt with promptly and made sure I understood what was going on when it was going on. I only dealt with a few other people there but everyone was very polite and helpful. If I had to go back and do this whole thing over again the only thing I would do different is I would have called Causy Wright sooner. Thank you to the whole team!

He never disclosed his zero case experience in negotiating or litigating any type of case whatsoever when he was hired, or after. He lied about the extent of his legal experience when I interviewed him to serve as my attorney. After he dragged issues out four times longer than was agreed, and I questioned the lack of results, he not only refused to provide my entire client file that proved he'd committed multiple attorney client violations, he deliberately used my disabilities to manipulate me and my case. He hides his actual actions from his own client's. If an honest, upfront, hardworking, client centric attorney is what you're looking for, he's not it..... Save your time, energy, stress, and your case, from being mishandled and lost in the cracks of injustice indefinitely, just say NO and search for someone with dozens to hundreds of five star reviews and verify prior complaints, whether they've been fined, sanctioned, or disbarred. It's not worth the 50 months of hell he put us through while he let deadlines lapse and never disclosed it to us.

For 2 long years Causey Wright fought a long hard battle for me to get what I deserve. They had my "best" interest at heart and I could not be happier than what I am right now.
